Requirements and qualifications
To qualify for the Customer Relations Associate position at Ninewells Hospital, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

* Maintaining high standards of customer service and front-desk hospitality in assigned areas of the hospital.
* Interacting professionally and courteously with patients to guarantee a smooth, comfortable, and pleasant healthcare experience.
* Establishing and sustaining positive relationships and rapport with visitors, family members, and medical staff.
* Coordinating seamlessly with internal hospital departments, doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams to keep operational workflows smooth.
* Managing patient inquiries, requests, and concerns quickly, efficiently, and with utmost empathy.
