Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for the Accounts Assistant role at Lake House, applicants must meet any one of the following official educational and professional experience pathways:

Pathways:

* Undergraduate degree or completed Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field, combined with at least 01 year of relevant work experience as an Accounts Assistant.

* Part qualification in ICASL, CIMA, CMA, or ACCA, OR a full qualification in AAT, along with a minimum of 01 year of relevant experience as an Accounts Assistant.

* NVQ Level 04 qualification in a relevant discipline paired with at least 03 years of hands-on work experience as an Accounts Assistant.

* Successful completion of the GCE Advanced Level (A/L) examination with a minimum of 03 years of verified relevant work experience operating as an Accounts Assistant.

Additional Required Competencies

* High proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint).

* Direct experience operating standard Accounting Software packages commonly utilized in corporate financial tracking.

* Excellent understanding of standard Accounting principles, international standards, routine compliance, and best financial practices.

* Strong organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while consistently meeting strict institutional deadlines.
