Positions, Responsibilities, and Qualifications
1. Assistant Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in maintaining dynamic, accurate, and up-to-date financial records and accounts.
* Prepare routine journal entries, monthly account reconciliations, and routine financial reports.
* Support senior management in month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Provide analytical support for ongoing budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies, local regulations, and accounting standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Educational/Professional Qualifications: Part qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, or an AAT Finalist.
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar financial accounting role.
* Software Proficiency: High proficiency in MS Excel and operational accounting software.
* Key Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and strong teamwork principles.
2. Night Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
* Audit, verify, and balance daily hotel operations and room revenues during night shifts.
* Ensure the complete mathematical accuracy of all financial transactions recorded during the operational day.
* Reconcile guest accounts, end-of-day reports, and hotel management systems smoothly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Experience: Previous practical experience in a similar night auditor role within the hotel industry.
* Knowledge Base: Good working knowledge of property management systems (PMS), hotel systems, and standard accounting principles.
* Key Attributes: Willingness and ability to work night shifts continuously, strong problem-solving skills, and the capacity to perform tasks independently.
3. General Cashier
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage and handle daily cash transactions, incoming payments, and outgoing receipts.
* Ensure complete accuracy across all cash register entries while providing excellent, courteous customer service.
* Balance daily cash drawers and prepare daily cash deposits for bank processing.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Experience: Previous experience as a cashier or in cash handling roles is preferred.
* Knowledge Base: Basic foundational understanding of general accounting principles.
* Key Attributes: High level of honesty, reliability, integrity, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
