Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications, technical skills, and experience criteria:

* Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film & Video Production, or a related field.

* Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven professional experience in graphic designing and video editing.

* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects), CapCut, Clipchamp, or equivalent editing tools.

* Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative and technical skills is required with your application.

* AI Tools Knowledge: A curious, experimental mindset toward AI tools (such as Artlist, Large Language Models, image and video models) with a considered point of view on where they add value.

* Trend Awareness: Strong knowledge of modern social media content trends and multi-platform design or video specifications will be considered an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

* Design engaging graphics, branding materials, and short-form video content tailored for social media campaigns.

* Manage end-to-end delivery of print and branding projects, including logo design, brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, screen graphics, large-format designs, outdoor signage, and trade stands aligned with campaign goals.

* Design and develop client-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, and reports while maintaining strict visual alignment with corporate identity.

* Produce and animate short-form video content, lower thirds, graphics, and smooth transitions to elevate overall video production quality.
