Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Property Documentation: Maintain accurate property records, ownership deeds, registry documentation, and operational files related to bank assets and real estate investments.

• Field Activity Coordination: Coordinate, manage, and oversee field-level real estate operations and site management tasks across target locations.

• Government Authority Liaison: Process applications, obtain necessary permits, perform regular follow-ups, and secure official certifications from municipal councils, local government authorities, and statutory bodies.

• Site Inspections: Conduct regular physical site visits, real estate evaluations, and detailed property inspections to verify asset conditions and boundary accurate records.

• Customer & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a reliable contact point for clients, legal representatives, and third-party stakeholders regarding property management and operational queries.

• Operational Support: Assist department managers and team leaders with general administrative, operational, and reporting duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for the Junior Executive position at MBSL, applicants should fulfill the following educational background, practical experience, and skill criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination is mandatory.

• Higher Qualifications: Possessing professional certifications, a diploma, or a degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Business Administration, Valuation, or a closely related field will be considered a distinct advantage.

• Work Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven working experience in property administration, real estate operations, asset management, or a similar capacity is preferred.

• Technical & Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in English and/or Sinhala/Tamil.

• Licensing: Possession of a valid light vehicle or motor riding driving license is an added advantage due to regular field travel requirements.
