Junior Executive - Branch Banking

Job Responsibilities

Assist customer with account opening procedures and customer related services
Manage daily teller operations and account opening activities
Promote banking product and services to customer
Handle customer inquiries effectively and maintain customer relationship
Maintain bank documents and operational records accurately
Follow company policies and procedures
Participate in branch marketing activities and customer engagement programs

Requirements and qualifications

Full or part qualification banking from IBSL or related qualifications
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial banking or branch operations
Good knowledge of banking procedures, compliance and customer service operations
Good knowledge in MS Office application including Excel, word and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills and organizational skills
Good team work and strong interpersonal skills
Good personality, discipline and self-motivate
