Job Details

Executive Assistant – Contact Centre

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement training modules for contact center employees to improve performance and service quality
Conducting training session on sales development, communication, customer service and negotiation techniques
Develop soft skill training programs such as communication, team work, conflict resolution and customer engagement
Monitor employee performance and evaluate
Provide continue coaching, mentoring and professional development support

Requirements and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related qualification
Professional qualification in training & development, sales, instructional design will be an added advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development within the banking or finance services or related industry
Good knowledge of banking procedures, compliance and customer service activities
Good knowledge in MS Office application including Excel, word and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills specially English and local language
Good team work and strong interpersonal skills
