Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this career opportunity, interested candidates should meet the following educational, practical, and personal requirements:

* Part qualification from ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA, or holding a recognized degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

* A minimum of 03 years of practical experience in a similar accounting capacity.

* Strong conceptual understanding of general accounting principles and financial regulations in Sri Lanka.

* Hands-on experience working with accounting software (specifically SAP) as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

* Good command of both English and Sinhala languages (written and spoken).

* Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

* High level of attention to detail combined with exceptional organizational abilities.

* Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
