Job Responsibilities

Supporting daily accounting and finance operations
Prepare invoices, receipts and payment documents accurately
Maintain accurate accounting records and accounts reconciliations
Handling cash collections and bookkeeping accurately
Assist with audit support and reconciliations support
Coordinate with internal department for efficiency finance operations

Requirements and qualifications

Qualification in Accounting or finance such as AAT, CA, CIMA, ACCA or related professional qualifications
Account executive applicant minimum 2 to 3 years of experience required
Accounts assistant applicant minimum 1 to 2 years of experience required
Cashier applicant previous cashier experience required
Good knowledge of accounting principle and accounting systems
Good knowledge in MS Office application including Excel and accounting software
Strong communication skills and organizational skills
Good team work and strong interpersonal skills
Good personality, discipline and positive mindset
