Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing quantity take off and cost estimation
- Assist in preparing BOQs and tender documents
- Coordinate with site engineers and construction project team
- Maintain accurate project records and documentations
- Monitor project materials quantity and project cost
Requirements and qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering or related field
- Good knowledge of quantity surveying and construction procedures
- Good knowledge of MS office especially excel
- Ability to work under presser
- Time management skills and excellent organization
- Good communication and team work skills
- Ability to handle multi task
- Immediately joiner is an advantage
