The selected candidate responsibilities are Assist customer with daily banking service, handling daily banking transactions accurately, providing professional customer service, support daily administration activities, promoting bank products such as saving account, loan, credit cards and digital banking services to customers, maintain accurate customer records and documentations and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements and qualifications

Minimum of 5 credit passes at G.C.E O/L including Mathematics and English in one sitting OR
Minimum of 5 credit passes at Edexcel/Cambridge O/L examinations including mathematics and English
Minimum of 3 simple passes at G.C.E A/L OR
Edexcel/Cambridge Advance level qualifications OR
Professional or academic part qualification such as CIMA, CMA, CIM, AAT, ACCA, IABF, CQHRM or related qualifications OR
A diploma in information technology approved by the UGC will be considered
Good knowledge in MS Office application including Excel and word
Strong communication skills
Good team work and strong interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, motivation and willing to learn quickly
Good personality, discipline and professional mindset
