Junior Payroll Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in preparing monthly payroll processing accurately and on schedule
Maintain and update employee payroll records and changes such as a salary adjustments and deductions
Support HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management and employee updates
Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll reconciliations report and Audit
Following company financial policies and procedures
Respond to employee queries related to payroll

Requirements and qualification

Diploma or degree in Human resources, Accounting, Business Administrations or related area
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or HR related work preferred
Strong understanding of payroll systems, salary calculations, employee benefit and basic labor regulations
Good knowledge of MS office especially excel
Strong ability to work under presser and meet deadlines
Time management skills and excellent organization
Good communication and team work skills
Ability to handle multi task
Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred
Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa
