Requirements and Qualifications:
* Age Limit: Candidates must be below 35 years of age.
* Professional Qualifications: Fully AAT qualified, or holding a relevant part-qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA.
* Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on practical experience in the fields of Finance or General Accounting.
* Prior work exposure within the manufacturing sector will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Technical Skills: Sound working knowledge of enterprise ERP systems and advanced MS Excel applications.
* Technical Competencies: Deep practical knowledge of financial reporting standards, account reconciliations, corporate taxation, and local statutory requirements.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, clear interpersonal communication abilities, and proven teamwork capabilities.
