Requirements and Qualifications:
* Prior professional experience working in an IT support position or a related technical role.
* Strong, practical knowledge of computer hardware, software installations, system configurations, and networking fundamentals.
* Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
* Excellent communication abilities along with solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
* A Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or a relevant professional IT qualification will be considered an added advantage.
