* Assist customers in opening new accounts, filling out application forms, and verifying mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
2. Financial Administration and System Management:
* Learn to navigate core banking software and enterprise platforms to perform secure data entries, account updates, and transaction verifications.
* Support the branch operations team in balancing daily cashbooks, sorting transaction vouchers, and archiving financial records in compliance with audit guidelines.
* Assist in processing clearings, bank drafts, and maintaining accurate records for branch petty cash operations.

* Local G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L): Minimum of five (05) Credit passes ("C" passes), including Mathematics, in the first sitting, with a credit pass ("C" pass) for English obtained in either the first sitting or a subsequent sitting.
* OR International O/L (Edexcel / Cambridge): Minimum of five (05) "C" passes (including Mathematics), with a minimum "C" pass for English obtained in no more than two (02) sittings.
Added Advantage Qualifications:
* Professional Studies: Holding any part qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, CIM, SLIM, Banking (IBSL), IT, AAT, or equivalent professional streams will be considered an added advantage during the selection process.
