Job Details

1. Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting:

* Generate monthly and quarterly variance analyses to provide actionable insights into cost-saving measures and structural optimizations.

* Spearhead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts, ensuring that all revenue streams and operational costs are properly recognized.
* Take full ownership of the month-end and year-end financial closing processes, systematically reconciling ledger accounts, adjusting entries, and verifying balances.

3. Statutory Compliance and Taxation:
* Ensure absolute adherence to the tax framework of Sri Lanka by overseeing the timely computation, filing, and payment of all relevant statutory taxes (including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, SSCL, and Withholding Taxes) to the Department of Inland Revenue (IRD).

* Manage institutional contributions regarding employee welfare funds, ensuring smooth processing of EPF and ETF obligations.
4. Treasury, Cash Flow, and Ledger Management:

6. Operational Leadership and Advisory:

Requirements and Qualifications
