Job Role overview

Banking Associate is responsible for the Everyday banking operation and excellent customer service. The associate assist customers with banking transactions, account related inquiry and financial support while smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with account opening, deposit, transection and withdrawals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide banking information
Assist customer complain and give support manner
Greet customer relationship and professional manner
Maintain and balance the cash draw at the beginning and end of the shift work.
Maintain accurate transection records and documents
Ensure Full compliance with all Bank statutory and regular requirement

Qualification

Minimum G.C.E O/L Examination with 5 credit passes and (B) Passes including mathematics and English.
G.C.E A/L 3 passes and general English included
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Willing to work at various branch location across the island
Computer knowledge and proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil
