Junior Quantity surveyor

Job Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take off and cost estimation
Assist in preparing BOQs and project documentation
Assist project planning, budgeting, and material estimation
Coordinate with project engineer, contractor and supplier
Monitor project cost, prepare cost report and documentation
Ensure work is complete according to project specification and time death line

Requirement and qualification

Relevant Academic Qualification
Strong understand of civil quantity surveyor practice and construction procedures
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related filed
Good knowledge in MS office and quantity surveyor related software is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under presser and meet deadlines in project sector
GCC experience is an added advantage in the selection
