Cashier

Job Role overview

Cashier are mainly responsible for the daily customer payment activities under the supervisor. This is including helping the customer in counter section, doing accounts related work, prepared basic documentation work and good customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities

Issue receipt, bills and invoices to customer
Assist customer complain and give support
Greet customer relationship and professional manner
Maintain and balance the cash draw at the beginning and end of the shift work.
Maintain accurate transection records
Ensure Full compliance with all statutory and regular requirement
Cash, credit, debit and other payment transaction accurately

Required Experience and Qualification

G.C.E O/L or Equivalent educational qualification
Previous minimum 1 year experience in cashier field or in customer service is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer and math skills
Ability to work under pressure during the busy time
