Job Role Overview
The customer service
representative in the banking sector is responsible for support to customer,
and resolve customer account related inquiries. Who know good communication
skill in both English and Arabic, problem solving abilities and following high
customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain customer detail and documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solution
- Assist to customer with banking services
- Follow banking policies and regulations
- Coordinate with banking team
Key Requirements
- Must currently residing in Qatar
- Valid Qatar QID is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year experience in banking sector
Required Skills
- Customer handling and problem solving skill
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Knowledge in banking sector activities
- Good team work
- Strong knowledge in MS office
