Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining office files, Records and documents
- Assisting with daily office administration
- Coordinating meeting, appointment, schedules and internal communications
- Handling phone calls, emails, office communications and office inquiries
- Supporting management, team member and maintaining smooth workflow
Requirements and qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or office support role within in Qatar
- Strong organization, multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to handle office documentation with accuracy and professionalism
- Basic computer knowledge including MS office applications such as word and excel
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently
- Team work and Problem solving skills
