- Billing cum Cashier
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process patient bills, invoices and receipt accurately
- Handling cash payments and daily transections records
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Handling billing and payment related inquiries
- Verify patient details, insurance information
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with internal department
Required Experience and Qualification
- Previous experience in billing and cashier role is an advantage
- Sat for A/L Examination
- Good computer literary skill
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer handling skills
