Role overview (senior project engineer)
The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management and managing rural infrastructure activities under SARP, ensure alignment with the project development objective.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and implementation of project funded rural infrastructure.
- Coordinate infrastructure activities with other SARP programmer components
- Ensure commitment of infrastructure caretakers for operation and maintains
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in engineering and irrigation management
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and planning skills
- Proven leadership, management and coordination abilities
- Experience in the building partnerships with government and privates
- Excellent communication skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification
