Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for the Executive Assistant position at Commercial Bank, candidates must fulfill any ONE of the following educational criteria alongside the required professional experience:
1. Academic Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in one of the following fields of study:
* Banking & Finance
* Business Management / Commerce
* Economics / Accountancy / Finance / Mathematics
* Statistics / Law
* Information Technology / Computer Science
* Data Science / Business Analytics
* Financial Technology (FinTech) / Digital Banking and Finance
* Artificial Intelligence (AI)
* Agriculture or Human Resources
OR
2. Professional Membership / Qualifications:
Be a Member or Passed Finalist from any of the following professional bodies:
* CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants)
* ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
* CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
* ICASL (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka)
* CMA SL (Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka)
OR
3. Banking Sector Qualifications:
* Passed Intermediate in Applied Banking & Finance (IABF) OR
* Diploma in Banking and Finance (DBF) from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL), or an equivalent qualification.
Work Experience & Age Limit:
* Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant work experience in a bank or a licensed finance company. Previous exposure to Credit Appraisal and Credit Evaluation will be considered a distinct added advantage.
* Age: Candidates must be below 28 years of age at the time of application.
