- Candidate should be citizenship of Sri Lanka
- Bachelor of degree in economic or statics or finance or related qualification
- Professional certifications in ACCA, CIMA, CFA, Master in Economics or MBA in finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial market, banking or treasury
- Age below 35
