Job Details
As a Trainee / Junior Executive – Fixed Deposits, your daily routine will involve a vibrant mix of client relationship management, operational transaction handling, and administrative reporting.
Your core operational tasks, learning pathways, and daily responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Relations and Inquiry Management:
* Act as a vibrant, friendly, and professional point of contact for walk-in clients interested in fixed deposit investments.
* Deliver clear information regarding current interest rate structures, maturity terms, renewal options, and account documentation requirements.
* Maintain an exceptionally welcoming branch desk environment to ensure premium customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Deposit Operations and System Processing:
* Handle the accurate input of transaction data, customer profiles, and deposit parameters into the core financial system.
* Verify that all incoming customer documentation, KYC (Know Your Customer) details, and application fields are complete and correct.
* Coordinate the timely processing of fixed deposit openings, maturity certificates, periodic interest payouts, and formal account closures.
3. Portfolio Monitoring and Renewals:
* Track branch fixed deposit maturity schedules systematically to initiate timely follow-ups with clients.
* Assist the branch team in driving deposit renewals and minimizing fund outflows through active relationship management.
* Maintain reliable, audit-ready physical and digital filing records of all official account correspondence.
4. Team and Cross-Functional Support:
* Collaborate enthusiastically with diversified branch teams to push boundaries and achieve common financial targets.

Requirements and Qualifications
