Siyapatha Finance PLC Job Vacancy 2026 – Executive/Junior Executive

About the Job

Siyapatha Finance PLC, a premier and rapidly expanding non-bank financial institution in Sri Lanka, has officially opened applications for the positions of Executive and Junior Executive within its Central Credit division. Operating under the strategic corporate banner "Build Your Future with Siyapatha Finance," the company stands proud as the largest fully owned subsidiary of Sampath Bank PLC—one of the most trusted and pioneering commercial banking giants in the island nation. Siyapatha Finance PLC is a fully registered finance company licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. This strong institutional backing and strict regulatory alignment provide job seekers with the assurance of a stable, secure, and highly prestigious professional environment.

Stepping into the Central Credit division as an Executive or Junior Executive means joining the analytical core of the company's lending ecosystem. In the contemporary Sri Lankan financial landscape, prudent credit risk management is the absolute foundation of institutional survival and profit optimization. This department is directly responsible for evaluating, structuring, and safeguarding the quality of the company's loan portfolios and credit advances. Rather than a routine administrative or clerical post, this role demands proactive risk mitigation, high-level financial analysis, and dynamic coordination across an expansive nationwide branch network.

Operating within Siyapatha Finance’s centralized framework offers young financial professionals an exceptional platform to build deep, market-tested competencies. You will be exposed to diverse credit structures, varying asset classes, and complex risk-modeling scenarios under the direct guidance of seasoned banking industry experts.

* Interact professionally with relevant external parties, credit bureaus, and valuers to facilitate smooth, uninterrupted daily operations.
* Maintain clean, audit-ready physical and digital data logs of all evaluated credit applications and official managerial decisions.
