Customer Relationship Executive

Job Role overview

Selected candied will be responsibility for Respond to e-mail, attend calls inbound/outbound, handling customer inquiries effectively and provide customer with product and services information.

Job Responsibilities

Respond to email reply and calls attend inbound/outbound
Handling customer complains effectively
Provide customer with accurate information about product and services.
Build and maintain good relationship with customers
Follow ban policies and procedures
Prepare and maintains bank customer records and document.

Required Experience and Qualification

Previous minimum 2 year experience at a customer care center/call center/contact center or similar business environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
Problem solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work under presser in busy time
Basic IT knowledge
