Job Role overview

Selected candied will be responsibility for supporting the daily activities of the bank, handling banking transactions process, assist to customers, and assisting with bank administration and finance sector activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting customers with inquiries’ or complain
Providing professional and customer focused
Support to customers deposit slip, cash total, cheque deposit, draft and related transections
Maintaining customer records and update banking system
Promote banking product banking services to customer
Provide banking accurate information to customer
