Job Details

As a Trainee Associate – Human Resources stationed at the Hemas Consumer Brands Head Office, your daily operational routine will revolve around managing end-to-end talent acquisition tasks, maintaining HR data systems, coordinating employee development initiatives, and supporting inter-departmental workflows. 

Your core day-to-day duties, functional responsibilities, and operational learning focus areas will include:

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management:

* Take accountability across the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements across various career portals.

* Conduct candidate sourcing, screen incoming applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers across different business divisions.

* Facilitate smooth candidate onboarding and deliver comprehensive induction experiences to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the corporate culture.

2. HR Portal Management & Information Systems:

* Actively assist in updating and managing the corporate HR portal with accurate employee data, policy updates, and operational information.

* Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across digital employee databases in full compliance with corporate governance standards.

3. Learning & Development (L&D) Support & Financial Coordination:

* Support the L&D vertical by actively coordinating internal and external employee training programs, workshops, and skill-building sessions.

* Systematically update the central training database with participant records, attendance tracking, and training evaluations.

* Follow up on training-related vendor invoices and payment processing in direct coordination with the Finance department to ensure timely financial clearance.

Requirements and Qualifications

* Practical Experience: Minimum of 06 months of hands-on experience working directly in the field of Human Resources.

Technical Proficiencies & Soft Skills:

* Software Competency: Proficient in MS Excel and other core Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint) to manage datasets and prepare reporting summaries.

* Communication & Teamwork: A good team player featuring strong verbal and written communication abilities.
