1. Financial Transaction Processing and Recording:

* Assist the core accounting team in processing and systematically recording day-to-day financial transactions across the group’s various business units.

* Support the accurate input of payments, cash receipts, and adjustments into the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial software.

* Participate in routine reconciliation tasks, helping ensure physical bank balances align seamlessly with ledger accounts.

2. Accounting Records and Financial Document Maintenance:

* Support the preparation, updating, and routine maintenance of official accounting records, ledgers, and critical financial documents.

* Assist in preparing monthly working sheets, tracking accruals, and compiling basic data for the preparation of group financial statements.

* Actively collaborate with team members to ensure all transactional workflows are kept current and audit-ready.

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:

* Assist with day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities, helping monitor vendor dues and tracking customer outstanding payments.

* Support the credit control team by compiling age analysis reports and sorting customer ledger balances systematically.

* Assist in drafting routine payment reminders, settlement statements, and formal vendor correspondence.

4. Meticulous Invoice and Receipt Verification:

* Meticulously verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and official cash receipts to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness before payment releases.
