1)     Service Supervisor

Job Role overview

Selected candied will be responsibility for managing aircraft daily service operations, supervising working staff, provide high quality service to customers and provide hygienic foods for aircraft employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff their working methods and cleaning kitchen
• Monitor the smooth daily operation
• Handle customer inquiry and complain same time resolve skill
• Maintain service high quality and services
• Monitoring employee performance and duties
• Manage new employee and train their good work

Requirements and Qualification

• G.C.E O/L or G.C.E A/L Qualifications
• Previous Work experience in supervisor sector is an advantage
• Strong communication skills (English)  
• Good Computer knowledge related work
• Problem solving skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to work under presser in busy time
