Qualifications:

Minimum 4 to 5 years of practical experience in a similar IT capacity along with relevant professional qualifications.
Hands-on expertise in networking systems, server management, hardware maintenance, CCTV systems, general IT infrastructure, and basic cybersecurity principles.
Proven ability to independently manage, troubleshoot, and maintain overall company IT systems.
Age must be below 30 years.
Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive work approach, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage company networking systems and oversee daily server operations to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
Perform routine hardware troubleshooting, new equipment installations, and ongoing system maintenance.
Supervise CCTV camera monitoring systems and handle routine technical maintenance.
Administer system security policies, manage user access permissions, oversee routine data backups, and ensure data protection protocols.
Deliver timely IT support for day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth technical functioning across all departments within the organization.

Preference: Ideal for technically skilled individuals living in or around Katunayaka, Negombo, or surrounding suburbs for easy commuting.
