Position: Trainee Staff Assistant
Qualifications:
- Age should be below 23 years.
- Minimum of three (03) Simple Passes at G.C.E. A/L for main subjects in one sitting (excluding General English), OR minimum three (03) "D" passes at Edexcel / Cambridge (A/L) in one sitting.
- Minimum of five (05) Credit passes at G.C.E. O/L including Mathematics in the first sitting, with a Credit pass for English in no more than two (02) sittings, OR five (05) "C" passes at Edexcel / Cambridge (O/L) including Mathematics and English.
- Any part qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, CIM, SLIM, Banking (IBSL), IT, or AAT will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day banking operations and customer service tasks.
- Handle operational documentation and support retail banking functions.
- Follow compliance, accuracy, and operational procedures set by the bank.
Preference: Candidates with professional part-qualifications in banking, finance, marketing, or IT with strong communication skills.
