Position: Associate - Recovery
Qualifications:
- Fully completed G. C. E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
- A certificate or formal training from a recognized institute related to loan recovery activities.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical work experience in recovery field operations.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a recognized bank or financial institution is considered a distinct advantage.
- High proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (must be bi-lingual).
Key Responsibilities:
- Adopt effective recovery methods and field tactics to significantly improve overall collection ratios and operational efficiency.
- Exert maximum attention and daily efforts to trace missing assets across assigned territories.
- Monitor pending vehicle and equipment insurance claims daily in coordination with Assetline Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd.
- Lodge police entries whenever necessary and manage related legal documentation.
- Attend Mediation Board hearings regularly and ensure structured follow-up on all loan settlements.
Preference: Ideal for candidates living in or near the operational branch locations with strong field coordination and negotiation skills.
