Position: HR Intern – Talent Development
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Good organizational, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate corporate training programs, workshops, and talent development initiatives.
- Assist in scheduling training sessions and communicating efficiently with all participants.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, and update learning management databases.
- Support employee engagement activities, internal company events, and wellbeing programs.
- Assist in coordinating Performance Management System (PMS) operational activities.
- Assist in preparing presentation slides, training reports, and internal communication materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of talent management initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for various Talent Management projects and HR activities.
Preference: Preferred for candidates residing in or around Colombo with strong organizational aptitude and interest in human capital development.
Salary: An attractive monthly internship allowance along with comprehensive corporate learning exposure will be provided.
