Position: HR Executive
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR operational functions and Sri Lankan employment laws.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Proficiency in HR software management tools and MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment procedures and staff onboarding workflows.
- Oversee employee relations, internal engagement activities, and grievance resolution.
- Monitor performance evaluation systems and employee skill development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations and company administrative policies.
- Maintain, update, and audit official HR records and administrative reports.
