Position: Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 1 year practical experience in a similar capacity within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with standard quantity surveying practices used in construction projects.
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate smoothly within a project team environment.
- Age should be below 30 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity take-offs, site measurements, and prepare basic Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Assist in project cost estimation and accurate quantity calculations.
- Work alongside site management and project teams to verify measurements and progress.
- Prepare progress reports and provide complete technical documentation for executive review.
- Maintain up-to-date records regarding project quantities and expenditure.
