Position: Recovery Officer
Qualifications:
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
- Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience as a Recovery Officer.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a valid motor cycle riding license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of debtor accounts.
- Prepare detailed reports regarding debt collection progress and recoveries.
- Coordinate closely with internal Sales and Finance teams to streamline payment follow-ups.
