Position: Management Trainee - Sales
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or a Diploma in IT / Computer Studies.
- Full or partial qualification in SLIM, CIM, or a related marketing discipline.
- Age should be below 25 years.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Pleasing, energetic, and outgoing personality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with prospective clients and foster strong professional relationships.
- Maintain, update, and manage CRM systems along with operational documentation.
- Conduct market research activities and generate qualified business leads.
- Participate in and conduct sales training sessions.
- Work collaboratively as an active team player within the sales division.
